Feelings
Feelings run deep, not often disclosed.
Tucked away, hidden deeply, afraid to say.
Non-commital be safe from the hurt,
the heartache and pain.
Always we fear, closed away, feeling the same.
Feelings, if only we could let go.
To say what we want and feel,
give openly, no trade or no deal.
Learn to say "I love you" without the distrust.
Seducing one another in faith and trust.
Feelings, no limits, no lines,
Just two lonely people with open minds.
Open for everything, holding nothing back.
Giving our all, with nothing to lack.
Feelings, saying...I do, I can,
I will, I want, I love, I give,
all of the things in feelings,
the things that make us want to take a chance,
so we can go on and live.
