Feel Me
Feel me,
the interior qualities,
inspire my creativity and
help me write some poetry.
Feel the depths of my core,
come closer so that you can feel some more,
turn my smile into personification,
my love into a metaphor,
like me like a simile and
turn you and I into a melody.
Slam me.
Feel my soul and
make it whole
twice,
pray with me,
give gratitude to Christ.
Touch my eyes and see my face,
reverse that and take me to that place,
unblock yourself from sharing my space.
Feel me.
Feel the world around me,
see the facial expressions that I get,
speak the unspoken words,
make sure I never forget,
that you felt me...
