Feast of the Legend

In the land of myths and ancient tales, Where dragons roamed and heroes prevailed, There was a celebration held with glee, A feast to honor the legends of history. The tables were laden with the finest fare, Served on silver platters with great care, Wine from the oldest vineyards flowed, As the guests gathered and stories were told. The first to arrive was the mighty king, Who had slain the dragon and wore its ring, Next came the queen who broke the curse, And brought peace to the land with her gentle verse. The knight, who had fought to save the realm, And the sorceress who had cast the spell, Together they raised a glass and toasted, To the deeds that made them the most boasted. The minstrel sang of the battles fought, And the bard recited the prophecies wrought, The people listened with awe and wonder, As they savored each dish and every flavor. For this night was not just another feast, It was a tribute to the greatest feats, To the legends that had shaped their world, And to the heroes that would never grow old. As the night drew to a close and the stars shone bright, The guests bid each other a final goodnight, And left with tales to pass down the generations, Of the feast of the legend, a night to remember for all nations.
