Fear

Fear...! A bloodthirsty predator that is lurking in the deep dark; holds on with a grip, like that from the teeth of a shark! Makes one shudder through the night and day as it stalk; drains all the vitals, along with our life's precious spark! It exaggerates and makes a mountain out of a mole hill, suffocates, chokes, makes you still and your spine chill! Gropes you in the dark night and feels that it is it's right, prowls in the open, but hides under cover, once at sight! Once it prevails upon an innocent unsuspecting a victim, it comes up with many a vague and suffocating dictum! Pretenses aplenty to drag you right back into a Cocoon; clouds the vision and blinds you to the stars and moon! Partners - hand in hand are 'anxieties and insecurities', unless taken with firm hands, there aren't any remedies! There is but one way, that is to 'take the bull by its horn'; a visit deep within and you'll find both the culprits gone! Face and take on to it upfront, without letting it to cower; only way for it is 'out' - using Mind and Will as a Mower! Short Pep-talk or hand holding comes in to aid or rescue; but, drawing strength from within, 'ever' a permanent cue! With a firm resolve to fight it and never feed it any fodder, bringing thyself back to life, restoring Vitals back to order! Rest assured on its attempt, to raise its ugly head again, revisit within to make sure that all its attempts go in vain!
