Fear
Heart racing fast
It’s now or never
Take a deep breath
Calm your self
Take the plunge
Fear runs through your body
Close your eyes
Lose your breath
Go in
Swimming up to cheering friends
A smile on your face
Look up at the high dive
You finally faced your fear
