Fear
It makes our hearts beat.
Fear;
It makes us give up in defeat.
Fear;
It makes our eyes tear.
Fear;
Leaves you helpless.
Feeling like a victim.
Shaking like a leave.
You can hardly breath.
STOP!
Who controls my fear controls me.
STOP!
I control my fear what’s to fear?
It’s Only but an emotion.
Strong & loud
Dripping with sound
Take control & stop
The power of thought 
& emotions
 that feeds & breeds fear.
Stop.
Fear no more.
