Fear

I did it,
I finally did it,
I conquered my fear without a hint of panic,
Who know I was this strong,
This resilient?

I stood on a stage,
No fear, no thoughts,
Just me.

Like Franklin D. Roosevelt once said,
“There is nothing to fear,
But fear itself”

I tend to use that in my own life,
Not just my thoughts,
I’m doing things I never thought I could do,
And I’m loving every second of it,
I love this new me.
