"father"

Careless mistakes on your part
Reflected on me by your lack of a heart
It's been this way from the vert start
You've turned selfishness to a simple art
Refusing to even pretend that you're smart.

I'm astonished by your lack of a soul
Your reason for living, nobody knows
You've sucked all love into a big black hole
What remains of humanity must surely be mold
And frankly, it's gotten quite old.

So for once, heed the words of your son
Or I promise you'll be the lonely one
I'm sick of you killing all our fun
We'll all be happier when your time is done
I eagerly await the setting of your sun.

((I realize most will say I'll regret writing this as an adult. Please don't pass such judgement until you meet
my father.))

Your pain and torment comes through in well written words. Only judgement being passed here is that you have a talent for writing poetry. Good luck with the challenge you have been dealt.
