Fate Runs Late

you looked left
as I turned right
it lasted much longer
than just one night
we were up and down
my mind spins round
was I way too much
or maybe not enough
either way you make a mistake
fate runs late, fate runs late

nice work here it reminds me of my hubby, i was raised in foster care and moved around until i wound up in a class with him and i have always wondered that since we both lived in the same small town, if our paths may have crossed before we actually met, so yes i think fate can run late! but it will catch up!
