Farewell To Summer

Fating are the warm days, introducing most
Appetizing cool refreshing reception. Most
Rewarding scent of autumn wood spice.
Entrancing grace of fluttering amber leaves and faint
Waft murmur hum.
Engaging novice playful breeze
Lifting upon the ebbing wave of
Languid pulse to a far-off place.

Traces of summer unmoving,
Obliging fruitful meadows needing to be gleaned.

 
Scents of ripen gardens and drumming rain on
Umber earth, and bird’s poetic utterance. The Harvest Blue
Moon lighting up the evening sky with
Melancholy hint of shorter days, but the closing
End of Summer
Run and early-evening sunsets.
