Farewell And Goodbye
Dwelling in the past will not bring you back nor change
What had been done.
Not to forget but to leave it
Behind is the only way one
Can and must move on.
I need grow, to give, to live
I need to experience all there is out there and what life has to give.
And so today I must leave these precious moments
Behind,
To move ahead to see a better
World and accept whatever I will find.
Today a stand up and face what I have,
No longer look back at what I leave behind.
Today I face my future and to the past
I bid farewell and goodbye.
