Farewell

My dear friend,
Close your eyes
Hand to your heart
And hear me whisper.

Within my album of memories,
There are pictures of you and me.
As I turn the pages and recall each single thought, I see
There are memories of our squabbles and laughter
The times where we have shared our joy and sorrow
And pictures of our glorious friendship that make us a winner.
But now that we are further apart,
One by one the memories fade,
As we are parting, no one knows when we’ll meet again.
So, I take this chance to bid a goodbye
May you stay blessed wherever you go in life.
