Far From Where Aurora Sleeps
Every night
my soul climbs to a star
in seek for your eyes
in search for your lips
As I think of you secretly
between my subconscious
and a dream
Every night
my arms embrace your absence
with fervescent seduction
and infinite longing
But tomorrow
Tomorrow there'll be no other night
Tomorrow I leave behind
the tender of my words
upon your heartbeat
Tomorrow,the lines beneath your cheek
wouldn't echo in my ear
the sound of our laughter
Tomorrow,each footstep forward
in a cold puddle, makes me wonder
How long would this Winter last
How long till icicles melt
Tomorrow, I unfurl my sail
and the wind will blow
Tomorrow,the wind will blow
far from where aurora sleeps
in our awakening in Venice
and the scented love of Florence
