Poet: Ken Jordan Poem: Far From Here Edited by: Sparkle Jordan written: October/1984 I live    far from here,   so very far from the hills   where cable cars  run: Click click click                               T                                 i                                  c                                     Ti c                                             T                                                i                                                  c                            Ding-a-ling                               D                                    i                                       n                                            g!                       I live far                       from                        here - So very  far from the Regency Hotel on Marina Green - I live  so very  far from sports cars, Rolls Royces, and Limousines - Where I live there are no carousel  horses in picture windows- Or baby grand pianos - Nor are there yacht's in the  harbor, or sailboat's sailing on the sea - I live far from here - so very  far from material things - And from where I live, there's no ocean - or "just so" potted flower's, in  bay front home's up Lombard street - I live  far from here - So very far - from the upcoming book Mirrors, "Life Reflections" all rights reserved, author  ken jordan, (R)registered 1984.
