Family Reunions

Members no longer with us
But still in our hearts
Here amidst reunions

A few less place settings
And empty chairs
Ghosts quietly mingle

Stealth and incognito
Among all the hugs
Smiles chatter laughter and stories

Barely noticed yet included
Far from forgotten

As I read this, I am brought to recall a scene in Coco, where the dead are still among the living. Did you see it? This is wonderful, Line. I really miss those reunions. They ended for me upon my HS graduation when I left my state for a new life.
