Family Matters
Over the years there has been heart ache and tears.
There have been hills and valleys we have all climbed.
Changing in an ever changing land
Meet people and listen to the stories the y bring
As they share another piece of wisdom to carry on.
Face your demons with a vengeance
And love the ones who have stayed around.
Hold close to your heart all the memories made
For sometimes in life friendships fade.
Never forget where you came from
Always remember where you’re going
Don’t look at failing as a loss
Know everyone fails at something they want.
Gleam with pride over accomplishments made
For they are your own success today.
Always remember you have a home
Where loved ones wait for you to call.
Family is everything in this life
So grab yours and hold tight.
