Family Love

Everyday,
Every time,
He tells his parents that he loves them
No matter how much they laugh,
No matter how much they know.

Even when he is an adult living alone
He wants it to be shown
That no matter how old, he could remind them
That they were the reason why he had a home,
Why he never gave up and always had hope.

He knows that when they argued, they just wanted him to know,
That they cared,
And they didn’t want him to be someone whom they would fear.

So everyday no matter what the age or year,
He keep telling his parents that he loves them
Because one day,
They won’t be here to hear.

O such a nice poem, I really love reading it, parents are a gift to us, they always love us no matter how bad we are, always protect us from evil, ask us to do things that are beneficial for us like study, work hard, don t do bad things, although they aren t going to have anything by this, yet they do it and are happy to see our success, so you rightly said that we should love them for the sacrifices they have given for us, and it s a sad reality that one day they ll not there anymore
