Family

Most times we share laughter And at others our tears We've faced many heartaches Yet we've persevered Our quarrels are many Our forgiveness is true Without one another What would we do Some are like nuts That fall from a tree We can't even pick one They're our family We like some more than others And trust our thoughts to a few But when push comes to shove I can count on my crew Cause through all the struggles We stand arm in arm Protecting each other From outsiders harm So go forth with honor Have pride in your name Find comfort in knowing That family remains
