Family
Family is warmth in a cold winter breeze,
A shelter of love that never ceases to ease
The worries and fears we carry inside,
A place where we can always confide.
Blood may not always define what it means,
To laugh, to cry, to share and to dream,
For a family is more than just related,
It's a home where we find ourselves celebrated.
Through the highs and the lows, we all shall bear,
A family's love will always be there,
Hand in hand, heart to heart, we unite
In moments of joy or those of plight.
A family is the thread that holds us together,
A bond that no one can ever sever,
For in each other we find our strength and identity,
The foundation of our life's legacy.
So let us cherish this family we hold dear,
And never take for granted the love that's here,
For in each other, we find a lifetime of joy,
A place where we are always welcome and never destroyed.
