fabulous personification i recall my mum having one of these plants i can see the babies clinging on to the mother plant - excellent ink:-) hugs Jan xx

It is a harmless house plant endemic to Africa. It propagates mainly by forming new plants (roots and all) on the long draping stems just after flowering in spring. It reminds me of a mother that knows what may lie in store for her little girl when she in turn will become a mother one day ...
