Falling Gently

Falling
Gently
To the earth below
Snowflakes
Freezing
A blanket of snow

Falling
Gently
From Heaven above
Raindrops
Dripping
Rhythm of true love

Falling
Gently
Ever so slowly
Teardrops
Streaming
Leaving me lonely

Falling
Gently
My soul yours to take
Wholly
Boldly
My heart please don’t break

I glimpsed this the other day and thought, what an absolutely beautiful poem! So soft and gentle! Warm and tender! And I knew that it was a wonderful reflection of the beautiful heart and soul which wrote it! And it painted yourself so very very lovely Lena! Beyond any simple words really! Astoundingly Precious Dear~Within Every Possible Way!:)~My love always to you and your loves gifted lady, john!~Have a gorgeous day dear~bye!:)

This is very provacative. It makes me think of a feather (like the one in Forrest Gump) that's falling slowly to the ground. You don't really know where it will land though but it always falls very gently, like it's in no hurry. Interesting form too, I don't know if I've ever seen something like it before.

I am still reading more of you, trying to link your words into a self knowledge of you. There is so much tenderness in your write, so much quiet pain, and still cold milk fresh from the farm, it makes me want to drink.
