Fallen Heroes
you’re a fallen hero
giving freedom to all
you’re a fallen hero
who saved an iron rule
you’re a fallen hero
as young as sixteen
you’re a fallen hero
who gave your life for the queen
you’re a fallen hero
who sacrificed for a friend
you’re a fallen hero
never seeing the end
you’re a fallen hero
who put your life on the line
you’re a fallen hero
who’s medals we shine
you’re a fallen hero
who wrote letters in fear
you’re a fallen hero
signing off with a tear
you’re a fallen hero
I give thanks to up high
you’re our fallen heroes
our angels in the sky
you’re a fallen hero
what would you think of it now
you’re a fallen hero
a different world since your vow
you’re a fallen hero
who fell amongst brothers
you’re a fallen hero
who fell amongst others
a fallen hero
we'll never look in the eye
a fallen hero
no more tears he will cry
a fallen hero
will never a see a sunrise
a fallen hero
will miss his babies poor cries
a fallen hero
will never walk on a sand
a fallen hero
on earth will not stand
a fallen hero
a child fighting a war
a fallen hero
never asking what for
a fallen hero
freshly faced and unsure
a fallen hero
made to fight by a law
a fallen hero
scared of dying alone
a fallen hero
being marked as unknown
a fallen hero
with a place in our heart
a fallen hero
remembered for his part
a fallen hero
our countries bright shining star
a fallen hero
well never forget who you are
