Hello again, just wanted to say our best friend was honorary consul of Malta for New Orleans. Your consul general attended his installation banquet as did Mark and I ..very nice man, Here is Elias obituary sorry but we are still in shock due to how young he is but it denotes near the bottom his being honorary...small world...http://obits.nola.com/obituaries/nola/obituary.aspx?pid=175529964
