Notes About The Poem

Fallen Angels Not

Those cast out were not angels you see
For God's love is consummated perfectly

Many angels do descend from above
Coming to tell us all about God's love

Bringing echoes of mercy which lasts forever
Forgiving we are less than perfect whomever

Guiding us with a whisper we can hear
If we listen carefully, we know he is near

When we need more he sends shadows
Guiding us through our highs and lows

Looking over our shoulders when it matters
Helping us to make our troubles scatter...
