Fallen Angel

Beauty in scarlet lacey gown
rosy cheeks and lips on fire
on her golden hair a crown
sandals sparkling blue sapphire

Skin a lovely sunlit brown
mirror tricked self enchanting
from the sky to earth fell down
with her beauty all eyes attracting

On new street of dim lit town.
lifted by a hand from ground
arms encircling her desire
tight in his embrace of fire

Thirsting for new found delight
drinking every fountain's mire
feverish warn rag despised
fit for everlasting fire
