Fallen Acorn

From a tree with fertile aspirations
An acorn aimlessly falls to the ground
Grounded by it's nurtured mold
Brokered to an evolving forest
Watered by providence; covered with nature's benevolence
Blown about by truant winds of change
Saturated with Spring's, fertile rains
Smothered by fawning foliage
Trodden under by creatures with ulterior motives
Struggling to find its own space in a cluttered world
Pressed by external forces, but will not crack
Its exterior hardened by ability to adapt, change
Acclimated to a world of material degradation
Finding acceptance through physical congruity
Blandly blending into its colorful world
