Fallen

With a crack of lightning we hear the calls:
Behold! The great Lucifer falls!

With vengeance in his heart and menace in his soul,
he seeks ways to take control
what God chose to be His own.

With envy and pride he prowls around.
Bitterness and hatred towards man and his wife.

"All is yours" God says to man,
But of this tree you will be banned.
For from it comes death to all of man.

In this lies Lucifer's plan.
So subtle, so crafty he layed it out.
Mankind will fall without a doubt.

His deception so cunning,
his words dripping like honey.
The wife of man went down crumbling.
Then man himself felt defeat so humbling
that 8000 years later we are still mumbling
of a simple plan that turned the world into chaos and rumbling.

Made me laugh Neil. Here in Liverpool we occasionally have Thunder and Lightning and everybody talks about it the next day but compared to a Highveld Thunderstorm its like Rice Crispies Snap Crackle and Pop

Haha yeah nothing quite like a thunderstorm here in Africa. The highveld with their earsplitting thunder and then the beautiful cape town with purple lightning over table mountain every so often
