Fall Returns

How beautiful winters fall returns
Natures time to sleep and renew
The wind helps the trees disrobe
Frosts kiss goodbye flowers
Leafless buds bestow
Only once more
Final act
Now rest
Sleep

I like the flow of this poem. I like the third line. It is the best of all nine. I am wondering in line four why not reverse the wording? "Frosts kiss flowers goodbye" The poem does have a quietness about it. The ending three lines are terrific. Have a great holiday and thanks for your comments. "Carpe Diem" Jancarl
