wherefrom arose that feral urge
separating soul from God’s light,
now requiring that we re-merge
with source, to reclaim bliss delight
granted power of creation
in resonance with love’s embrace,
what triggered heart’s agitation,
that led thus to our fall from grace
here and now we know not the cause,
yet what we can do is align
our head with heart, narrow thoughts pause
gently under the oneness sign
