Fall Asleep
Late last night as I was lying in my bed,
visions of you all flowing through my head.
I wanted to touch you, to feel you were there,
It all seemed so real, but it's all just so bare.
No amount of words could explain to you, whats on my mind.
I'm lying here wondering if the one I'm searching for,
Is going to be the one that I will find.
In a perfect world we would know who our only one is.
But this world isn't perfect so I'm still searching
so that I don't ever miss;
The chance to find that someone to hug and to kiss,
to hold and to cherish, as my life's succeeding bliss.
Know that now I can only ask you- to someday
stand by my side, and I'll wait for your answer,
to know if it would be right.
I have a lot of dreams and plenty of fantasies;
But tonight I dream for a reality,
as I close my eyes and Fall Asleep..........
