Faithful in Darkness
In the depths of night, where shadows roam
Your faithfulness is my guiding home
A light in darkness, a beacon bright
Illuminating paths, through life's plight
With every step, I feel your presence near
Through trials and tribulations, you stand tall
A rock-solid foundation, for my soul to call
Your love and mercy, they never fade
A constant reminder, of the promises you've made
In your faithfulness, I find my way
In the silence, I hear your gentle voice
Whispering words of hope, and a heartfelt choice
To trust in you, and your sovereign plan
And find peace in knowing, you're holding my hand
With every breath, I'll follow your lead
Your faithfulness is a shield, that guards my heart
A protection from the darkness, that seeks to depart
With you by my side, I fear no night
For your light dispels, the shadows' darkest light
And in your presence, I find my delight
In your faithfulness, I find my strength
A source of courage, that helps me length
Endure the struggles, and face the test
And emerge victorious, with a heart that's blessed
Forever grateful, for your loving-kindness best
