Faith Fueled Heart

Health is a circle not a single door
Food that nourishes not just fills
Bodies made to move lungs made to open
Water washing yesterday from our cells

Sunlight settles deep into the bones
Moderation teaches desire restraint
Clean air slows the rushing heart
Rest repairs what effort breaks

Beneath breath and blood
Trust steadies the soul
Healing is more than the body
It is faith making us whole
