Faith and Existence

This poem is of the form, "Decastich", although it is listed as, "Sonnet" because this form is not listed in the 'roll down' index The saffron robed man sits in the street corner surrounded by a paraphernalia of beads and esoteric items Faith lures people to seek his wisdom on worldly problems Is he a messenger of God? Can he tell the truth? Relationships, love stand on the foundation of faith When it cracks, the edifice falls apart Blind faith leads to destructive acts as the power of rational thinking becomes impotent The world revolves on faith We approach its end when faith is lost. End
