Fairground
Fairground
As I walk around feeling
The hay under my feet
Can smell the foods
That makes me want to eat
People playing board games
And children playing around
Some up on the stage
Dancing as the band plays a song
Assortment of decorations
Of ribbons of many colors
Like a bright rainbow
Of many colorful flowers
Crowds of children on lines
Getting on the merry go round
Screaming and laughing
A fun day at the fair ground
The noise of corn being popped
And clowns in funny costumes
Candy floss toffee covered apples
And hundreds of balloons
Burgers and hotdogs on grills
The smell of food everywhere
Moms and Dads playing games
Trying to win big teddy bears
The wonder of a fairground
And the happiness it bring
As I wave to my friend seren
Eating ice cream on a swing
Wish if the whole world
Was a great big fairground
Every day will be fill with fun
And no one will do wrong
They say if you wish
One day it might come true
My wish is for a world
Of happiness for me and you
