Faerie Queen
A faerie queen drifted out of her dream,
To catch a star and ride a moonbeam.
The scented flowers in her hair,
Is the perfect crown that a queen should wear.
Once upon a time, she greeted the day,
And found a mouse who wanted to play;
She touched the mouse and he became,
A most glorious king without a name.
The star on the rod that was held in her hand,
Was to rule all subjects who dwelt in the land
Together they planned a monarchy,
So all in the land would be happy and free.
The kingdom that formed dwelt in the air,
With goodness and love, the subjects there.
All that took place was blessed and right,
For the subjects of the kingdom lived in light.
All who lived there were filled with laughter,
And happy to live in the glorious hereafter.
All who dwelt there came to the conclusion,
That joy can be found in a mystic illusion.
