Fading Shadow

An open space where change existed
A purple gush from habits spade
A small circle of dust no footprint

Smaller the whisper ill intent
Like water ripples from a rock skip
Bird songs in the twilight how change is

Songs off key muffle high pitch screams
Shade is a maverick to temperature rise
And what seems mean no longer fears

Outside of the norm but shackled
Blossoms of wooden shelves sliced up
Silent ambiguity clothes half of

Half run walk the same as any
Caged rage blocks sunlight to...skinny
The bad side what the bad guy did

Driven toward impending hurt
Bondage adores a mended heart
Past upended on the downside

The fun part distant transparent
New side the down side the sad side
But no more bad guy...
