The pictures I found in storage tucked away,
A reminder of joy from another day.
Though colors fade, the memories remain,
Your face still fills my heart with sweet refrain.
That smile, divine, forever etched in time,
A moment captured, frozen and sublime.
But shadows blur the names I used to know,
And yet the love within them still will glow.
Though tones may fade, the love remains so clear,
In every frame, your warmth is always near.
Time may erase the ink, the hues may fall,
But moments stay, the dearest of them all.
