Fading
Cold dread and a feeling of being disconnected
worms its way into the depths of who and what I am
My thoughts and feelings are a hopeless jumbled
mess of confusion as the fear of being forgotten
by all permeates my very being and I slowly fade
away into the nothingness that I have become
