Eyes Without Light

From childhood never a light you have seen
Darkness, so prominent in your life

Colors don't thrill you
yet colorful you are.

Sun rays, lightly touching you
leaving you in awe
wondering where the heat
was coming from

Explanations of all
from Summer to Fall
You have learnt,
though your darkness remains

People stop and stare
not knowing what
your darkness can share

Your hearing ,....
soooo perfect.
Your world so vibrant.

Tell me.........
What it's like in your Darkness
Let me feel your world.
