Eyes On the Prize

Calm down you flitting butterflies it's going to be okay
We both still have some things to do to make it through this day
I know, I know tonight will bring a princess in our midst
But try to let me concentrate or something will get missed
I'm working hard to take my mind off whom we will descry
And keeping busy as a bee to make the time pass by
Oh Father Time, would just this once in haste be you to go?
Please double up your metronome, the tempo is too slow
