Eyes of a Stranger
I long to know you
I'm just a face
I don't know what it is
But I want to know more about you
I'm afraid of what others will think
or that I'll mess something up
I want to know your talents
and what makes you think
I want to know the story behind those eyes
Eyes of innocence and hope
I want to be your world
I want this fantasy to become a reality
You're so close but yet so far
There's just someone in between
One who I fear
I only hope something will happen soon
Before I wonder forever
