Notes About The Poem

Eyes Like a Rose Ii

Peace in the garden,
And she smells of the rose;
Shes's dreaming.
Dark eyed drifter,
She's got eyes like a rose;
Like velvet...
Hale sweet dreamer,
She's got eyes like a rose;
And captivating!
Lying limp and lovely,
In repose-
A kiss awaiting.
Doves above milady,
She's got eyes like a rose;
So dramatic...
Lying in scented garden
Of deep repose,
She's dreaming...

Delicate and pretty; a tribute to the rose. I am thinking you also are the photographer!

Thank you for the charming compliment, Caren. I can't take credit for the photo, however. It was downloaded.
