Exuding Hope

Written: December 27, 2023, For Emile Pinet Contest _________________________________________ Put the past behind you ride brave into the wind, seize a raw adventure seek a fresh life to start bear the road for venture. Put the past behind you don't glare on the rear-view those miles won't show again greet fresh destination; where your tired soul can zen. Put the past behind you maybe just through the bend you stand so rattling tall how you never yield in, you bend but do not fall. Put the past behind you In a hypnotic splash breeze of birth keeps blowing; right there is where you stay you are always glowing.

I like the heart of this poem to "always go forward". These are good words for the new year.

Ah this is absolutely stunning and so soul warming dr sotto, a brilliant monchielle that flows so well with uplifting energy that we all need and deserve and thoughtful reminder to al readers. I love your rhymes too and your chosen refrain which goes so well throughout, emphasising what you want to convey here in such eloquence. I especially love the line “ maybe just through the bend you stand so rattling tall“ brilliant!!! “ ride brave into the wind, seize a raw adventure“ much needed.Fave

Oh, dear Sotto, what an impeccably crafted monchielle stanza poem this is! I really love the message that it conveys, to leave the past behind and keep evolving through the eternal shine of time. Life is too short to keep pondering over the past agonies, also, we don't actually have any control to correct it.. But what we can do is, live the present, make wishful attempts to bring peace in the present moments.. For, if we are full of optimism, future will unveil in a resilient shade of hope..

I really like your wordplay here "don't glare on the rear-view those miles won't show again", "In a hypnotic splash breeze of birth keeps blowing" Best of luck to you for the contest, a pleasure reading this, as always!
