She ventured limitless miles, creating for herself, beaucoup lifestyles. She cannot be locked in a sumptuous home, nor in your selfish heart. It's simply not her way! But you can find her dancing with daisies with no shoes or socks. Totally free, she will never follow you down to the sea, any dock. Happily, paintinng her life’s joyous foray! Beware, as she will intoxicate you with her mahogany eyes. With invitations to come and play, always with a sensuous surprise. Her songs lift the sun at break of day. Forever blowing sensous, kaleidoscopic bubbles in your direction. Life is her delight and indeed, total and sweetest confection. At night she dances in ectasy, as stars come out to play! 1/14/2024 Photo~ Marpessa Dawn,in the movie, “Black Orpheus, “ 1959, directed by French film maket, Marcel Camus. Based on the Greek mythology of Orpheus and Eurydice. Takes oplace in Rio during Carnival! Awesome movie!

OMG, Hilds. Where are my brains? I apologize profuselly for not commenting back, accept my apologies, this is one of my favorite movies, and writes. One is not born happy. In the movie, Eurydice lives in abjecy poverty. But she has joi de vivre. And a passion for love and joy. Many in life have all necessities but are ungrateful and vicious, she lived in a hut in Brazil. People need to value lufe as is before they can davce as she did. She won the role with no acting experience! Merci, Pangie.xx

Darlene, Thank you for visiting my site. You are one of the few poets who never left my side in four years, so,i wanted to thank openly.. I cant comment as I once did because of visual problems. I changed the picture since you commented. It is Eurydice in her costume for Carnival. I added further comments about the movie this was from. Takea look at them. Thank you dear friend, Hugs, Panagiota.
