Extraordinary Pleasure

At a moonlit rendezvous,
feelings merge and interlace.
And like a creamy toffee,
sweethearts meld as they embrace.
Love separates candied dreams
from reality's mirage.
And hungry, compliant lips,
share a gummy bear massage.
Sweet, sugar-coated wishes
slowly melt chocolate hearts.
And make peppermint kisses,
scrumptious as honey-dipped tarts.
A confectionery treat,
love's consumed at one's leisure.
For its indulgence brings such
extraordinary pleasure.
