Extra Innings

No team minds playing extra innings if the final results of the games are winnings. Scoring runs is something both teams tried. However, after nine innings, the game is tied. They have to keep playing until there is a score. If not, the two sides must play a little more. As sure as all baseball players live, somebody scores a run. Something’s got to give. How happy the winners are after the game. The losers have to go home with shame.

i like this very much. i think the losers are more frustrated and disappointed than ashamed, though, unless someone's error blew the game.
