Externally Freed - Internally Chained
There one has wrists unchained
this to all our eyes looks so free
but no one sees on the inside
is there chains there? cannot see!
All sorts of emotional damage
could be lying there deep inside
being held within it's own chains
not willing to admit it full of pride
From birth to death throughout time
stressful damage all of your days
holding you down no keys around
no hope in sight everyone says
But remember hope rests eternal
never say never God's on His throne
cry out to God the great deliverer
He's able always to rescue His own
This God is able to do all things
even to break your every chain
His son died but rose from death
so now in your life He will reign
