Expression

Not an ounce of simple
But a dash of complex
my paintbrush or pencil
_is how I express
Much value is lost
In spoken word
Too high, a cost
To be misheard
Insert a tune
The words may follow
Authenticity blooms
No longer, hollow
Emotions evoked
Kindred spirits
If only, you spoke
Who would hear it
