Exposed

I could unravel the layers of my skin like a butterfly and still not be vulnerable enough for you
Remove all my feathers yet stil be able to fly
And still be impenetrable to you
I could stitch and sew and insert all that I know into a cloth that creates a coat. ...
Yet I wouldn't have the thread... or the space in my head to know that I'd always be warm

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
