Expose Yourself
Above the wasteland of life
Fly the vultures of regret
Ready to plunge upon our souls
As we give into nothingness
Let not the birds consume
But rather consume them
Allow them not purpose
By allowing your life one
Step from beneath their shadow
By standing directly in the light
Welcoming new hope and change
Giving each day a reason for thanks
